National Staff

Arabella Cheng
Ministry Development Coordinator
Vancouver, BC

Arabella joined the Journey staff in 2013. She has a passion for helping others experience more of God's Kingdom and who they are as God's beloved children. Arabella has a MA in Leadership & Ministry from Ambrose University. She loves sharing life with others in real ways, hiking, soccer, burgers, knitting and writing about the journey towards Shalom.

Toni Dolfo-Smith
Executive Director
Vancouver, BC

Toni established Journey Canada in 1991. He has a passion for training leaders for healing ministry, and has done this around the world.  Besides working with Journey Canada, he is a freelance artist in Vancouver. Toni and his wife have four adult children.

Min-Soo Kang
Youth & Young Adult Coordinator
Vancouver, BC

Min-Soo joined the Journey staff in 2016. Before moving to Vancouver, he received his MDiv at Tyndale Seminary, directed a young adults ministry and served as a youth pastor in Toronto. Min-Soo has a desire to be a resource to youth pastors and parents as they guide the next generation in following Jesus with passion and integrity.

Daniel Komori
Associate Executive Director
Calgary, AB

Daniel has a passion to see men and women experience the depth of what it means to live as image bearers of God. He desires to help men through issues of sexual addiction, particularly those in vocational ministry. Daniel graduated from Regent College (MDiv), and worked as a pastor prior to joining the Journey staff in 2007. Daniel and his wife, Tanya, have three children.

Graeme Lauber
Communications
Calgary, AB

Graeme joined the Journey team in 2018 after many years working in public relations. His desire is to see men and women access the power of a risen Christ to live the lives for which He has created them. He lives in Calgary with his wife and three kids.

Ricky Lee
Director of Operations
Vancouver, BC

Ricky joined the Journey Canada staff in 2006. He has a passion to help people know Jesus in every area of life, especially in areas of struggle. Ricky graduated from Regent College (MDiv) and is a pastor and worship leader at Living Hope Fellowship in Burnaby. He and his wife have two daughters.

Scott Neufeld
Resource Facilitator
Vancouver, BC

Scott is passionate about creating safe places for Christians to engage honestly with their struggles, and to discover the love of Jesus in their "here and now." He left the financial services industry to intern with Journey and has been on staff since 2015. When Scott isn't coordinating Journey programs and seminars in the Vancouver area, he is probably cooking, watching a movie, swimming or spending time with his wife and friends.

Kirsten Rumary
Program Resource Coordinator
Vancouver, BC

Kirsten has developed leadership and programs across the country since joining the staff in 2001. She is interested in supporting men and women to strengthen their relationship with God and live as He intends.

Kathryn Alarie
Quebec

Kathryn joined the Journey staff in 2013. She has a heart to see men and women walk in greater freedom, truly knowing the love of the Father and their identity in Christ. Kathryn has a degree in Family Studies (B.H.Ec) from the University of Manitoba and works as a pastoral counsellor. She enjoys good coffee, colorful jewelry, and movement and dance in worship. Kathryn is married to Yves and they have three grown children.

Reg Froese
Manitoba

Reg has been involved with Journey since 2004 and joined the staff as the program coordinator for Manitoba in 2015. He is passionate about walking alongside people and seeing their lives change as they look to Jesus and cultivate authentic relationships in the body of Christ. In his spare time, Reg enjoys watching hockey, pick-up basketball, road trips, and finding excuses to drink coffee.

Kate Hobbs
Okanagan, BC

Kate joined the Journey staff in 2013, after participating in the internship program and immigrating from the UK. God continually surprises Kate with his transforming power in her life and the lives of those God calls her to walk with. In her downtime, she grows and eats fruits and vegetables from her garden and enjoys the bounty of the Okanagan. Kate has been married to Steve for over 30 years. Together they lead a church in Peachland, BC. They have two adult children.

Stephanie Robinson
Nova Scotia

Stephanie joined the Journey staff in February 2016. She is passionate about teaching the Scriptures and helping people learn to hear Jesus' voice.  Stephanie graduated from Dalhousie University (BMusEd, BEd) and attended Acadia Divinity College (MDiv courses). She and her husband, Glen, are busy parents of three boys and a girl.

Andrea Heavenor
Women's Liaison
Vancouver, BC

Andrea’s work with Journey began in 2006 and focuses on providing support and prayer for women affected by sexual abuse and sexual addiction. She has a passion for women to experience the deep love of Jesus and to see them live secure in their God given identities.  Andrea has a background in nursing, is married to Dan and they have four grown children.
